3만 년 전 한 남자의 하루를 따라가 봤더니, 오늘 내 모습이었습니다
#PrimitiveInstinct #EvolutionaryPsychology #AncientHumans Before dawn, a man thrusts his bare hands into a beehive teeming with bees. Even as the back of his hand swells from a sting, he does not pull his hand out. That single handful of honey was worth days' worth of his life. However, 30,000 years later, even though we no longer face bee stings or starvation, our hands still open the refrigerator door every night. This video follows a man's day from 30,000 years ago exactly as it happened, from dawn to night. A day where he risks his life in search of sweets in the morning, freezes at the mere sound of the grass at midday, and falls asleep in the evening while cautiously watching the crowd. Yet, that day chillingly overlaps with the day we spend today. It was not because of a weak will that I cannot quit sweets every night, feel anxious for no reason, or get exhausted from constantly worrying about what others think. The world has changed in the blink of an eye, but our bodies are still standing exactly as they were on the grasslands of old. Tonight, the reason you can hate yourself a little less. Let's find it together in "The Man's Day." 📌 References Baumeister, R. F., Bratslavsky, E., Finkenauer, C., & Vohs, K. D. (2001). Bad Is Stronger Than Good. Review of General Psychology.
