Making Vegan Kimchi to Survive the Pandemic

Times are tough. Kimchi helps. In this video, I make vegan kimchi. Kimchi is a Korean side dish made of fermented cabbage. It tastes delicious and is great for your health. One of the health benefits of kimchi is that it boosts your immune system. Perfect. Maybe this will help us through the pandemic.
