Ingredients: 1 kg grated raw cassava 200g grated semi-cured cheese, Parmesan or Canastra cheese 100g grated coconut (toasted optional) 200g sugar (1) 600ml whole milk 100ml coconut milk 360g sugar (2) 30g butter 4 eggs Salt Cornmeal for dusting the pan In a saucepan, add the sugar (1) until caramelized, then gradually add the hot milk. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and lastly the caramelized sugar with the milk.
