통조림 콩으로 백앙금 만들기 feat. 흰강낭콩&라이마콩 | How to make white bean paste

안녕하세요😊 오늘은 통조림 콩으로 두종류의 백앙금을 만들어봤어요 화이트빈과 버터빈으로 만들었는데 둘 다 너무 맛있네요 (개인적으론 버터빈 앙금이 더 부드럽고 꼬숩고 맛있었어요 헷) 재료 White beans 1캔 (콩 무게 240g) Butter beans 1캔 (콩 무게 240g) 설탕 4큰술 (각 2스푼=24g씩) *설탕은 보통 콩 무게의 30-40% 정도 넣는 것 같은데 저는 덜 달게 먹으려고 10%만 넣었어요 *소금 약간 첨가하셔도 좋아요 그럼 다들 슬기로운 집콕생활 하시길 바라며 늘 건강하세요💕 **레시피는 블로그에서도 확인하실 수 있어요 BLOG: https://m.blog.naver.com/yoaram Music https://www.bensound.com
