Carol 自在生活的抹茶冰皮月餅 成品約73g (finished product 73g) 糯米粉 10g -glutinous rice flour 在來米粉(粘米粉) 10g -Rice flour 低筋麵粉 5g- cake flour 糖粉或白糖 10g - Powdered sugar or Sugar 煉乳 12g - concentrated milk 融化的無鹽奶油 10g -Melted unsalted butter 牛奶 45g - milk 抹茶粉 1/2 tsp-Matcha powder (如果要做原味的就把抹茶粉改為糯米粉 If you want to make Original snowskin mooncake just change the matcha powder to glutinous rice powder) Recipe 2 成品約 113g (finished product 113g) 糯米粉 15g -glutinous rice flour 在來米粉(粘米粉) 10g -Rice flour 低筋麵粉 4g- cake flour 澄粉 3g- wheat starch 糖粉或白糖 13g - Powdered sugar or Sugar 煉乳 11g - concentrated milk 植物油 11g -vegetable oil 牛奶 63g - milk Recipe 3 成品約 80g (finished product 80g) 糯米粉 10g -glutinous rice flour 在來米粉(粘米粉) 10g -Rice flour 澄粉 10g- wheat starch 糖粉或白糖 8g - Powdered sugar or Sugar 煉乳 6g - concentrated milk 植物油 6g -vegetable oil 菠菜汁或牛奶 47g - Spinach Juice or milk (用牛奶做出來的皮硬的時間跟菠菜汁一樣) 熟粉(手粉) fried flour 可用乾鍋炒玉米粉或糯米粉或在來米粉 2分鐘 Corn flour or glutinous rice flour or rice flour put in pot fry 2mins
