Simple Pasta with Sardines Hi friends 🤗🤗🤗 Today, simple spaghetti with sardines 😁😁😁 Ingredients for 200g spaghetti 500g sardines 1 clove garlic 1 sprig parsley White wine Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation Scale and fillet the sardines Chop the parsley Peel and chop the garlic Method 👨🏻‍🍳 In a pan, I make a base of extra virgin olive oil and add the raw garlic, parsley, and sardines. I sauté for a minute, season with salt and pepper. I add the white wine and turn off the heat. I throw the pasta in boiling water and, when it's almost cooked, drain it in the pan. I finish cooking it in the pan with a ladle of cooking water and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
