Now stop blending, just heat it with low heat till the sugar water turns into syrup and it reaches 116 degrees. Then turn out the heat and let cool. And then put it in sealed jars and keep the jars in a cool place for 1 month for better use. The proportion of the alkali water is to take 3 grams of purified water to go with every 1 gram of dietary alkali. In the video it was 80 grams of dietary alkali and 240 grams of purified water. Blend them to be even and keep it for 10 mins. After the residue has settled, sieve the water for twice and then keep it in the bottle. • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees.
