Kooperation Schule und Hort: multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit stärken

Multiprofessional collaboration between primary schools and after-school care centers is the focus of this presentation. Relevant tasks of this collaboration, as well as successful implementation examples, are presented. This presentation was produced and recorded by the German Children and Youth Foundation (DKJS) as part of its professional support for the model project "Cooperation between Schools and After-School Care Centers – A Space for the Development of All-Day Educational Programs." In the model project "Cooperation between Schools and After-School Care Centers – A Space for the Development of All-Day Educational Programs," 15 primary schools and cooperating after-school care centers in Saxony-Anhalt are systematically developing their collaboration. The participating institutions regularly exchange information and learn from each other. With support from the German Children and Youth Foundation, they reflect on their experiences, adapt their approaches as needed, and jointly develop solutions for successful cooperation between schools and after-school care centers. "Cooperation between Schools and After-School Care Centers – A Space for the Development of All-Day Educational Programs" is a joint model project of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Equality, and the German Children and Youth Foundation (DKJS).
