~1,000 People Failed This "Boss Logg" Meat BBQ Carnivore Sandwich Challenge in Lansing!!

American professional eater Randy Santel versus Meat Southern BBQ's 18-Layer "Boss Logg" Ultimate Carnivore Barbecue Sandwich Challenge served with over 3lbs of creamy "Carnivore" macaroni and cheese, hosted by Meat Southern BBQ in the Old Town area of Lansing, Michigan!! The weekend after attempting 4 delicious restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I headed east and tried 5 competitive eating challenges around Western Michigan plus Lansing. For man vs food challenge #3 of five, I drove over to Meat Southern BBQ located in the Old Town area of Lansing, Michigan, so I could attempt their 18-Layer "Boss Logg" Ultimate Carnivore BBQ Sandwich Challenge, which is a food challenge I've been wanting to try for many years now. I had 45 minutes to feast on their ~4lb "Boss Logg" barbecue sandwich that consists of BBQ pulled pork, smoked beef brisket, smoked turkey, bacon, 4 levels of fries smashed together, lots of cheeses, hot garlic sauce, jalapenos, and a sunny side egg. The "Carnivore" Challenge includes a side item of your choosing (broccoli salad) plus a ~3lb order of creamy mac and cheese which must have 2-3 toppings inside. I ordered my macaroni and cheese to include Meat BBQ's pulled pork and beef brisket plus "healthy" caramelized onions. Almost 1,000 people have failed this challenge since it started many years ago. I was trying to become one of the few elite people to win my $55 "Boss Logg" Ultimate BBQ Sandwich Challenge meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Meat Southern BBQ's Wall of Fame.
