This $500 Challenge Had a Rule I Didn’t Expect

I headed to Rock N' Potato in Las Vegas to take on their famous $500 Lobster Mac and Cheese Potato Challenge, expecting a straightforward race against the clock. But within minutes of arriving, I realized this wasn't a typical restaurant food challenge. Originally, I thought I only needed to finish this massive meal within 45 minutes to win the $500. Instead, I discovered I had to beat the record set by @RainaHuang to take home the cash. Suddenly, I wasn't just trying to finish. I was racing one of the fastest competitive eaters in the world. This giant loaded baked potato was piled high with creamy mac and cheese, two massive lobster tails, melted cheese, and plenty of incredible toppings. It was easily one of the richest and most delicious food challenges I've ever attempted, but eating it fast enough was going to be the real challenge.
