In his speech, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of good leadership, adequate equipment, and clean budget management as factors that determine institutional performance. "I'll give you an example: if we are given good leadership, given good equipment, and our food allowance is not corrupted, our commanders will set an example," Prabowo said. The President then reminded the commanders not only to provide direction but also to be role models for their members. He cited the Javanese term "jarkoni," which means "I can teach but not implement." "Commanders, don't be like that, I teach but not implement," Prabowo said. He also emphasized that TNI soldiers and Polri members must apply the leadership principle of "ing ngarso sung tulodo," meaning leaders who are at the forefront and set an example. Concluding his statement, President Prabowo joked about the planned match between TNI and Polri leaders.
