Starz Dynamo Roller Gameplay #2 - Splatoon 3 | Anarchy Battle (SZ)

Gameplay of Starz Dynamo Roller in splat zones. So it's been a long time since I've lasted used the Starz kit for Dynamo, so I wanted to give it another shot. Thanks to @VynameGaming for requesting this weapon. Dynamo Roller is a short-ish to mid range weapon that does great damage, good paint output, okay mobility, can one shot opponents up-close, low DPS, and slow attack speed. And the kit is alright. Point sensor is a sub weapon that creates an area that marks enemy's positions. And killer wail 5.1 is a special weapon that allows you to deploy six mini killer wails that will shoot a laser at opponents from a very long distance. Once activated, you can target onto multiple opponents by aiming the reticle at them. Once you them lock onto, then two or more killer wail will continuously shoot a laser at their position until the special duration is over. Now let's talk about the strength and weakness of this weapon and it's kit. Dynamo is quite good at applying some pressure while also being able to paint a great amount of area. The horizontal flick is the main way you apply pressure with this weapon. The flick has a very wide attack, paint very well, and can one shot opponent very up-close (it's max kill distance is similar to most short range weapon). And the vertical flick has a more narrow attack, but you have a slightly longer kill range and can paint and deal damage from a longer distance. But the weapon is very ink hungry, so you can't really spam out attacks unless you run a lot of ink saver (main). And the attack speed is quite slow, especially when attacking with the vertical flick. So if you miss your shots, your quite vulnerable to attacks. And although it has good range, the kill range doesn't reach far enough to one shot some mid to long range weapon. So the weapon can struggle a bit in approaching against weapon that outrange it's kill range. Point sensor can help in locating opponents hiding behind cover. The opponent stay mark for quite a while, making you and your teammate aware of your opponent's position. But the sub doesn't paint or deal damage, so it's not very effective to displace opponent. Tho the sub is quite cheap to use, so it's not bad to throw one out at a cover to locate your opponents. And killer wail 5.1 is good for displacing opponents from a very long distance. You can target up to three opponents and the laser will constantly follow their movement until the duration is up. This can make your opponent's movement quite predictable and make it easier for you or your team to know their next move and punish them. But if not supported, the special is very easy to avoid. So when playing Starz Dynamo Roller, you want to focus on painting your area for control and build up. And as you continue to gain control, that's where you can start applying some aggro pressure by either flanking or even sharking your opponent. Throw out some point sensor to constantly keep track of your opponent and once you have your special ready, activate it and target as many opponent as you can to help displace them and apply more pressure.
