This 30-minute gentle yoga flow is specifically designed to help manage common menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, joint stiffness, and hormonal anxiety. This is an entirely floor-based routine with absolutely no standing and no high-exertion movements that generate unwanted heat. Instead, we use props to bring the floor to us, allowing the nervous system to shift out of fight-or-flight mode.
