Making Beautiful Rolags From Scrap Fiber | Valentine Spin

I’ve never really made proper rolags before this. I’ve only spun a couple in the past, and I didn’t love them. But blending board rolags are pure eye candy. All those soft layers, the gentle spiral, the color control — I had a pile of pinks, mauves, and lavender scraps sitting on my table, and I wanted to see if I could turn them into something beautiful and actually spin-worthy. In this video I experiment with making Valentine-inspired rolags from random bits of wool, focusing on color blending, texture, and that satisfying spiral roll-off moment.
