Marron Glacé Basque Cheesecake | Rich & Creamy Chestnut Cheesecake

A rich and creamy Basque cheesecake filled with sweet marrons glacés. The caramelized top, silky cheesecake, and soft chestnuts create the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Perfect for chestnut lovers. 🌰 Ingredients (15cm round cake pan) 250g cream cheese 150g heavy cream 70g sugar 2 eggs 8g cake flour 120–150g marrons glacés 1 tsp rum (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions Preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F). Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in heavy cream. Add cake flour. Fold in chopped marrons glacés. Pour into a lined cake pan. Bake for 22–28 minutes. Chill overnight before serving. 💡 Tip The cheesecake should still have a slight wobble in the center when removed from the oven. #basquecheesecake #cheesecake #chestnut #marronglace #baking #dessert #foodvideo
