Bahía Drake y Parque Nacional de Corcovado #1# Qué ver en Costa Rica

In this video we show you the first and second day of our 10-day trip to Costa Rica, our visit to Drake Bay and Corcovado National Park, the most intense place on the planet in terms of biodiversity. On this trip through Costa Rica we arrived in San José and the next day about 7 hours of road to Drake waited for us. Drake is one of the two access roads to Corcovado. The other is Puerto Jiménez. In this video we show you our visit to Drake with sunset on Cocalito beach. We also show you our tour and overnight in Corcovado. We took the tour with Top Trails Corcovado that left at 6:00 am from Drake Bay. We arrived at Corcovado after about 1 hour and a half by boat and the adventure began. A few meters from where the boat left us, we could already see several coatis, wild pigs, howler monkeys, marmosets, white-faced monkeys, tiger herons and an endless number of birds and insects that we had not seen until now. Then we visit the Sirena River with the intention of seeing crocodiles or bull sharks. We also show you the famous tapir that we wanted to see. On this Corcovado tour we also visit Sirena station, the only station where you could spend the night during the pandemic (you can usually camp in San Pedrillo as well). Likewise, our guide Charly took us to see a crashed plane and, after touring the entire Sirena area, we again took a boat that took us to San Pedrillo. San Pedrillo is spectacular, it is the most beautiful and least touristy area of ​​Corcovado. Here we bathe among waterfalls and walk among pumas tracks (which we finally couldn't see, that's nature). In San Pedrillo the forest and jungle are more intense, this is where you can see the primary forest of Corcovado. After several hours walking through the jungle appreciating dozens of species of flora and fauna, we ended our day in a dream Eco Lodge within a biological corridor (a few steps from Corcovado). Here we were treated like a king and we were able to taste delicious Costa Rican food. Our tour with Top Trails Corcovado included bird watching in the morning and, after a delicious breakfast, we went through several trails until we reached the Río Claro. Here we bathe under a spectacular waterfall. As you can see in this video, we did the tour with one more person.
