30 Min Dumbbell + Bodyweight + ABS HIIT Workout | No Repeat

In this 30 Min Dumbbell + Bodyweight + ABS HIIT Workout | No Repeat , we will be doing 12 sets of 3 exercises each. Each set will consist of a Dumbbell exercise, a bodyweight exercise, and an abdominal exercise. We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds, with a 15-second rest in between, and a 20-second rest between each set. After completing the first 6 sets, there will be a 50-second water break. The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x10kg (yellow color on the screen) 2x5kg (Green color on the screen) The Gear that I am using: https://www.amazon.com/shop/danielptf...
