Here's the 4th deck in my series of Budget Decks for Old School Magic the Gathering (1993/1994 format) I have done every basic color but white, so... who can guess what will be last?!? The entire purpose of this series is to PROVE that you don't need a huge wallet or Power-9 to play Old School. Since it's one of the... if not THE most balanced format out there... an unpowered budget deck CAN win with the right pilot behind it. And that same deck will be filled with cards that are most likely only going UP in value and can be played eternally since there is no format rotation.
