Cream puff ni sangat sedap bila makan time sejuk, rasa macam makan aiskrim. Selamat Mencuba.. Bahan-bahan : 🧁Krim diplomat 2 biji Kuning Telur 60 gram Gula Kastor 25 gram Tepung Jagung 250 ml Susu Full Cream 1 tsp Esen Vanilla 250 ml Non Dairy Whipping Cream (Boleh guna 180 ml sahaja tapi saya nak dapat lebih cream jadi saya gunakan 250 ml) 🧁Crust 60 gram Unsalted Butter 50 gram Gula Kastor 60 gram Tepung serbaguna 🧁Choux Pastry ( Puff ) 130 ml Susu Full Cream 1/4 tsp Garam 50 gram Unsalted Butter 70 gram Tepung Serbaguna 3 biji Telur B Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 190°c selama 10 minit terlebih dahulu.
