Here's a sweet and savory recipe that should satisfy your cravings... all your cravings! Discover our seasonal recipe from August 14, 2015: Goat Cheese and Fig Tart Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry 8 fresh goat cheeses 10 figs 50g butter honey 10 min at 220°C Recipe steps: 1. Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and prick it. Bake at 200°C to pre-bake. 2. For the figs: remove the stem and cut each fig in half lengthwise. 3. Then cut the goat cheeses in half lengthwise. Add pepper. 4. To roast the figs: Brown some butter over low heat, add the figs, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 5. To serve: Arrange the cheeses in a circle on the pastry, then add the figs. To caramelize the figs in the oven, add honey. 6. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, and enjoy your fig, goat cheese, and honey tart!
