再做芝麻豬仔包 Sesame Bread Rolls Again

Please scroll down for English description. 這視頻有中文繁體字幕 这视频有中文简体字幕 大半年前做過一次我的版本芝麻豬仔包，今次做一個改良版本，同樣地繼續不用豬油，亦用較少牛油，效果好好，非常鬆軟及好味！ 材料： 高筋麵粉400g 乾酵母8g 鹽10g 糖8g 蛋2隻 牛奶200g 無鹽牛油20g 煮食油20g 芝麻2湯匙 蛋醬(蛋黄1隻，牛奶2茶匙，糖1茶匙) I made my version of Sesame Bread Rolls about half a year before, this time I make a enhanced version.
