After crossing Chang La, we thought the hardest part was behind us. We were wrong. As we rode deeper into Ladakh, the world around us disappeared. No villages. No people. Just dust, rock, and endless emptiness. And then we saw it — Pangong Tso. A place that looks unreal… but feels completely unforgiving. At over 4,300 meters, even breathing becomes harder. And once we left the lake behind, things changed again. The road got rough. The surroundings got harsher. And suddenly, every small mistake started to matter. Until it happened.
