In a bowl, mix the flour with a little salt, water and oil, until they become a porridge. Next, oil a baking pan slightly smaller than our crust sheets. Place a sheet, spread a little of our porridge and cover with another sheet. Then, add porridge and repeat the process until we have used half the crust sheets. On the last sheet we do not add porridge and we spread the feta cheese in which we have already incorporated a little pepper and optionally the egg yolks. Then, cover with the remaining crust sheets, except for two, which we spread porridge in between. Then, we turn the edges inwards and we also wet them with porridge. Put the penultimate sheet and turn it down, spread the porridge and put the last sheet in the same way. Oil the last crust sheet and cut our pie into pieces. Finally, bake at 200 degrees Celsius, until our cheese pie is golden brown.
