Building a 1500 horsepower capable M177 engine of W205 C63 AMG in 10 minutes

This veyr M177 engine had some bad luck with his stage 2 tune, eventually damaged 3 out 8 cylinder 'Nanoslide' coating. Instead of paying high price to dealers for a new block the owner came to us for restoration. Because M177 has Siamesed cylinders and bore spacing is small, we have been hesitant using dry flange sleeves. So we have designed and manufactured a wet sleeve conversion specifically for M177. We also stretched the cylinder at the bottom, making it possible to stroke the engine to 100mm. Also we choose ItalianRP Platinum pistons&rods 1500 horsepower is just a wild guess, the owner is still playing around with his hybrid turbo. The 4 cylinder engines we build with same design did hold 1000 horsepower well.
