Dacia Jogger 1.0 LPG (100 KM) w wersji Comfort - TEST PL
The Dacia Jogger is currently the only family car with a large trunk that doesn't cost a fortune. The Jogger also comes in a 7-seater version, if you need one. It just so happens that I'm personally looking for just such a car. I'd prefer to avoid a used car, as I'm fed up with repairs and mechanics. And since I've been driving new test cars for over 7 years, my only issues have been flat tires. And I'd prefer to stick with that. Before the test, all I knew was that the Jogger was cheap – competitors cost 20,000 PLN more. And it was spacious. I was just wondering if the quality of this car would be satisfactory. And after six days with it, I've concluded that it's very good. And for the price – it's excellent. First of all – there's a huge trunk (or 7 seats). If you choose the 7-seater version, the top two seats can be easily removed. This is important. Plus, there's very comfortable multimedia with wireless Android Auto. There's also convenient, intuitive operation, and a very sensible anti-collision system, which the Duster doesn't have. I'll mention the obvious only out of necessity. The car handles very well; even in strong winds on the highway, it was fine. The soundproofing is quite quiet and quite comfortable – although it's not a Citroen C4. Even the engine's power output is okay, and I drove a less powerful version, 100 hp, with LPG. On highways or expressways, you can forget about the gearbox and drive constantly in 6th gear. Well, unless you're fully loaded, in which case a downshift is useful. In any case, you don't need to worry about power here. There are three things that could be improved. First, the refinement of this engine and its soundproofing. It's okay, but the difference between more expensive cars with 3-cylinder engines, like Renault, Skoda, or Hyundai, is noticeable. Compared to these cars, the Jogger's drivetrain vibrates a bit more, growls a bit louder, and squeals slightly. The second thing is rear-seat space. There's only slightly more space than the average in the B segment (i.e., Fabia, Polo, or Clio). However, we have a huge trunk. And the last problem from my perspective: there's no automatic transmission. That's expected to arrive in the future, along with a hybrid version. Which probably won't be so cheap. The rest is in the video.
