Judging by the "quality" of work from the previous shop, I have a feeling that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Customer wants to drive his Volvo back to Virginia 7 hours away, so we have a LOT of work to do to make this car road-worthy again. I also replace the left front strut mount and diagnose why the steering wheel is severely crooked when going straight...apparently more than one Butcher had his hands on this Volvo!!
