Hello everyone! I tried the famous Dubai pistachio bar that we've been seeing all over social media, and I can tell you it's worth it, haha. Don't hesitate to try it; the recipe is very simple. For a bar about 24cm long, I used a silicone cake mold so it could be easily removed. You can, of course, also use a bar mold. 100g pistachio paste 30g white chocolate (use just a little to make the designs at the bottom of the mold; the rest will go into the filling) 200g milk chocolate 60g kadaif paste 50g butter 1 tbsp icing sugar If you missed the announcement, I wrote a pastry recipe book that came out on October 30th!
