Learning to Accept Life Alone

Today I took another walk through Preservation Park with the dogs, but this walk felt different. For the first time, I'm starting to realize that I've been living in a form of denial since my separation. Acceptance isn't something that happens overnight. It's uncomfortable, painful, and sometimes it feels like you're losing the person you used to be. In this video, I talk about facing reality, living alone after a long relationship, rebuilding my identity, and learning to adapt to a life I never imagined I'd be living. This isn't about having all the answers—it's about sharing the process honestly, one step at a time. If you're going through divorce, separation, grief, or any major life change, I hope this reminds you that you're not the only one trying to figure out who you are again. Thanks for walking with me.
