You may believe that you eat in order to cope with your feelings, but I explain why you may believe this is working when maybe it isn't. I encourage you to consider, what are you using food to cope with? What's the hardest feeling for you to manage? I share why I don't believe thinking about food as a coping mechanism is helpful, nor is the search for other coping mechanisms.
