30 MIN FRESH MORNING WORKOUT with Total Body Pilates | No equipment needed | Ivana De Jelaca

Hi my friends, In this 30 min class we have light low-impact standing cardio exercises and then we hit the floor for selected Pilates Powerhouse exercises :-) I am guiding you through this workout and also showing some progression steps. This morning workout will wake you up gently and then challenge the whole body. You will feel fresh and energised. Remember, workout in the morning is the best if you can make it. The rest of the day feels so good afterwards :-) I know that many Pilates moves can be challenging for some of you - if you need a break - take it! You will get better over time :) ♥︎ I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
