On this episode of "Here and Now," exploring the story of Joseph and Rachel Moore, Black New Yorkers who made their home in Lower Manhattan's tenements in the 1860s and 1870s. The Tenement Museum's Vice President of Programs, Kat Lloyd, and lead researcher Marquis Taylor highlight the "4A Apartment Tour." And Harlem is not just a neighborhood in New York City, it's a cultural touchstone. But with growing concerns about gentrification and displacement, a new exhibit seeks to honor and preserve Harlem's place in history. Co-curator of the exhibition "Still Here: Harlem Eternal," Kathryn Destin, and the co-chair of the Children's Art Carnival in Harlem, Michael Unthank, joined the show to discuss their efforts to preserve Harlem's history.
