We're eating Nigerian food today with special guest, Manu Crooks, and the food was incredible! We tried egisu with fufu, goat stew, jollof rice, fried plantain and chin chin. There were some wonderful spices used throughout all of the main dishes - so fragrant and full of incredible flavour. Manu's a king in the Australian hip hop scene and his tracks are too smooth.
