Country Ice Cream Ingredients • 4 eggs • 2 cups brown sugar • 4 cups milk • 4 cups whipping cream • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract • ½ teaspoon salt • 2 small packages vanilla instant pudding mix Instructions 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs for 5 minutes, until light and fluffy. 2. Gradually beat in the brown sugar and continue mixing until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. 3. Add the milk, whipping cream, vanilla, salt, and instant pudding mix. 4. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined. 5.
