This Grape-Nuts–style cereal gets eaten as fast as I make it… and I still don’t know why it’s called grape nuts 😂 No grapes. No nuts. Lol. Made with freshly ground spelt flour (or any nourishing flour you love), it’s the perfect crunchy breakfast with just the right touch of sweetness. Preheat oven to 350. Mix in the soda and salt. Dump on cookie sheets and bake for about 20 - 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Cut in squares, place squares in blender. Pulse until small crumbles. Spread back on cookie sheets and toast at 250 for about an hour or until crispy and crumbly. Make sure to stir occasionally. Visit our NEW Home online!
