Memory Tricks for the CHIA Ethical-Decision-Making Process for Medical Interpreters

When I teach the California Healthcare Interpreting Association's ethical-decision-making process for medical interpreters, I find that students have a hard time remembering all the steps! In this video, I'll not only be condensing the ethical decision-making process for solving ethical dilemmas (still six steps, just less wordy!) but using symbols, sayings, and yes, even memes, to help you internalize this important process.
