Manubrio H-Bar in carbonio
The experiments continue with this carbon H-Bar handlebar! Will it be the most comfortable and lightest I've ever tried? Why try another handlebar? We've looked at several different designs together, from flat bars to classic drop bars to the extravagant loop bar for travelers. Yet I still wasn't satisfied and wanted to try something new. So I purchased this carbon H-Bar handlebar, hoping it would be the definitive solution to my problems. Carbon H-Bar Handlebar I didn't even know it was carbon when I ordered it. When it arrived, I was amazed at how light it was. I hadn't tried this type of material on a handlebar before, and it surprised me. Given its lightness, I thought it would be fragile, but I've been using it for months now and haven't had any problems. However, you definitely need to be very careful when assembling it. Avoid overtightening it, and if possible, use a torque wrench. This way, you can be sure you're not overtightening it and avoid cracks and dangerous breakages during your ride! Another thing that particularly won me over was the ability to use the existing controls (brake and gear shifting) while still having a "drop" grip. This also reduces maintenance costs and the purchase of any replacement parts. Positions One of my favorite things was the available positions. You can use a classic "drop" grip, like on racing handlebars, but less aggressive. A central and relaxing grip, almost like a "stroll." And finally, a long, extended grip for pushing hard on the pedals! Final Thoughts I must admit that initially I wasn't convinced this solution was right for me. However, after a few months of use, I find it to be the most comfortable handlebar I've ever tried! It's light, agile, and practical. Durable, and has an attractive shape. Of course, I don't recommend using it for mountain biking, but for touring and gravel riding, it's truly perfect!
