Come with us to Old Baghdad for one of the best loved tales of the Arabian Nights! Will Ali Baba manage to outwit the evil Morgiana? Will Ali realise that his camel is not what it seems? And how did we get 40 thieves onto our little stage?!? Join us for a roller coaster of panto fun to find out! This clip is from Scenes 4 & 5 of our 2020 production of Ali Baba. Princess Yasmin is being held by Cassim inside his cave. Cassim instructs his thieves to capture our hero, Ali Baba, and Morgiana casts a spell calling on her evil creatures to help. Ali, Hettie and the sisters come to rescue Yasmin, and face the terrifying creatures, including an Egyptian mummy. The mummy captures Shahdi. Hettie and her sisters lustfully chase after the thieves whilst Ali defeats Cassim in a sword fight. Morgiana then reveals she's captured Shahdi. But the thieves have fallen in love with Hettie's sisters, and have given Morgiana's magic wand to Hettie, who uses it to capture Cassim and Morgiana and Shahdi is released. Our hero then asks Yasmin to marry him, and she says yes!
