The Story of The Crips vs. Longos The Insane Crips, or ICG, are a notorious African-American street gang rooted in the heart of Long Beach, California. Their story begins in the neighborhood around 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, but over time, their influence spread across Central Long Beach. Identified by their affiliation with the 3x Trays, the Insane Crips are often recognized by their signature black and gray colors and their affinity for Oakland Raiders gear.
