To be unique can be a service that uses unusual rolling stock or a class of service. A unique service can also be a duplicate if it is done by a different TOC or just that it is a stopping service. A service that uses the same stock, on same route but cut short is not unique. Basically, if a service is interesting it falls within my rules.
