Write it in the comments! 👇 🧡 Subscribe to my channel 🌹: / @einfach-leckere-rezepte 🧡 Become a sponsor and support the channel 🌹: youtube.com/@Einfach-leckere-Rezepte/... *Ingredients* Basmati rice – 150 g (5.3 oz) Quinoa – 50 g (1.8 oz) This recipe uses only healthy, nutritious, and easily available ingredients Pour in water and let sit for 10 minutes 1 onion Olive oil Sweet bell pepper – 300 g (10.6 oz) Add a pinch of salt Sauté over medium heat until soft and lightly golden Garlic – 2 tbsp Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant Tomato puree – 175 ml (¾ cup) Paprika – 1 tsp Cumin – 1 tsp Cayenne pepper – to taste Stir well Add the rice and quinoa 1 can (18 oz / 540 ml) black beans (or pinto beans) Add the beans Corn – 125 g (4.4 oz / about 1 cup), fresh or frozen Salt – to taste Vegetable broth or water – 450–500 ml (1.9–2.1 cups) Gently stir and bring to a boil Cover with a lid Reduce the heat Cook over low heat for 15–17 minutes Green onions – 100 g (3.5 oz / about 1 cup) Add the green onions Black pepper – to taste A little olive oil A little lemon juice, optional Gently stir Cover with a lid and let sit for 5 minutes Garnish with your favorite herbs #Quinoa #Rice #HealthyRecipes #EasyCooking #Vegetarian #Vegan #QuickRecipes #EasyDeliciousRecipes #HealthyFood #Vegetables
