Bread tutorial #1: 07:58 Bread tutorial #2 : 24:45 (this one has the overnight fermentation) Ingredients: 1,000 grams fresh milled flour 800 grams ice cold water Autolyse for 30 min Then add in 250 grams of sour dough starter Add 2 teaspoons of salt and mix for 5 minutes.
