🥢Kuching Red Kolo Mee Over 60 year old food stall Kuching. The Noodle Master! 红干捞面

🥢🤤 I found a real special noodle master and Kuching only speciality Red Kolo Mee. An unassuming stall that's been there over 60 years, so I estimate late 1950's. This guy, thanks for letting us film, was a master serving up the Mee noodle bowl faster than you can blink. About $2-3 a bowl. Pieces of char siew bbq pork, ground pork, bok choy, shallots, and incredible egg noodles with a red hue. Comes with a garlic soup. Invented by Hokkien Chinese immigrants to Sarawak in the early 1800's. Means "mean dried tossed noodles" in the Fujian dialect. And I got a ice cream hamburger at the end in the same food court.
