Leave the last part whole, then mix them into the mass for texture. soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes. Take 2 tablespoons of sour cream, heat in the microwave and transfer the already soft gelatin sheets there. Stir until completely dissolved. mix the rest of the sour cream in a bowl (you can replace some of the sour cream with mayonnaise), soft cheese, grated eggs, grated potatoes, chives, red onion, dill, shrimp, both chopped and whole, and sour cream with gelatin. Add salt, pepper, and lemon. grind the chlef with melted butter in a blender, put the mixture in a mold, pressing with a glass, forming a cake. put the mixture on the cake, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight. decorate with egg, onion, caviar and enjoy. Important: the proportions do not have to be exact. Don't want potatoes? Just remove them. Want more shrimp, add them.
