Omnibus Society Presidential Weekend, 1963
The 1963 Omnibus Society Weekend was based in Cardiff. In this short video (shot on 8mm cine film) we first see withdrawn buses at the Western Welsh Ely Depot, then on to Bridgend Bus Station before visiting Aberbargoed to sample a journey on a West Mon Leyland on the famous hill. Next to Merthyr Tydfil to view a selection of the Corporation fleet. Finally a quick visit to the Cwmbran Depot of Western Welsh before its' official opening.
