Attempting to use Bubble Wrap to Protect Musa Basjoo Banana Plants Over Winter

The result of this was as I expected. I did this simply to try it and see if it was a feasible option versus the other methods I have used before. Unless you live in a more mild climate than here zone 5B/6A, then stick with straw or leaves. Bubble wrap is too expensive and it doesn't allow air circulation. It also traps loads of heat in the sun even of the air temperature is cold.
