Hip Pocket Training: Air Assault School Layout (Hawaii)
One thing I forgot to mention as I was teaching this class is that all of the straps on your Ruck needs to be taped. You can see the straps that would go around my sustainment pouches are not taped. This is because I had my rucksack set up for a different course when I taught this. Ensure that all your straps are taped. You will also need to apply the "as worn" standard to your wet-weather bottoms. I did not show that in this but make sure its all zipped, velcroed, and taught.
