Air Assault School – Day Zero Obstacle Course
Soldiers and Airman from Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard components experience the grueling "zero" day of two week Air Assault training at Camp Rilea, Oregon. 253 candidates were required to overcome 9 obstacles to continue with the rest of the training. The course is designed to prepare Soldiers for insertion, evacuation, and pathfinder missions that call for the use of multipurpose transportation and assault helicopters.
