Paddling PA - Youghiogheny River: 8-mile sunset paddle with foldable bike on my SUP

Come along as I strap a 33lb foldable bike to the back of my paddleboard and travel 8 miles down the Youghiogheny River in Western Pennsylvania. It’s a beautiful August afternoon and we are paddling one of our favorite rivers near Pittsburgh, PA. Today we are launching from Buena Vista and will paddle about 8 miles to Boston. This section of the river is typically shallow and clear but today is murky due to recent storms. If you intend to paddle to Boston be aware that the current slows down with several dead water sections as you get closer to Boston. On a windy day it can be difficult to paddle forward.
