Wooden House Transformation: Stone Path, Shutter Bench, Window Art & Upcycling

In this episode, I’m continuing the transformation of my wooden house by the river. This week, I focused on both aesthetic and functional solutions. I created a natural walkway using flat stones gathered from the river and mounted them behind the stove as a heat shield. Instead of throwing away the old shutters I removed in previous episodes, I transformed them into sturdy benches. I also turned discarded window frames into living botanical art with plants from nature. Additionally, I restored an old, abandoned table I found in the village and brought it back to life for the cabin. With the sound of rain outside, the warmth of the wood stove inside, handmade shelves from burnt branches, and the peace of manual labor... This video tells the story of preparing for snow, rain, and cold winter days, living in harmony with nature, and the unique tranquility of handmade craft.
