**My top tips to stop binge eating. 3 stone lost in 3 months**

Hi All, I really wanted to make this video. This is something I had to overcome if I was going to lose weight. Over eating and binge eating played a massive part in my weight gain. It's still something I struggle with now sometimes. I made this video to help others, but also to remind myself of the techniques I used to use.
